About the Role
The Head of Sales will be Zinc's first dedicated sales hire, and will have a tremendous impact on the development of Zinc's sales process and team. Our products sell well through strong inbound self-service signups and occasional outbound campaigns. We want someone to institute and implement on ongoing outbound sales process.
We have a strong lead sourcing strategy. We need to call these leads and demonstrate how Zinc's software can help their business grow substantially. Then we need to help onboard them, which can be a somewhat technical process. The head of sales will also need to negotiate contracts and lead occasional feature development for our largest sales prospects.
The position offers extreme flexibility and you get to work from our cool new office in Union Square with awesome people/dog/Costco snacks/meals etc.
